TERMS — Web Software Updates are completed monthly. Web Security & Software Updates are completed weekly.
*GUARANTEE — In the event that the site becomes disabled or functionality is compromised after an update or security tweak AND IF the site is hosted by us, PROJECTS will restore the site at no additional cost to the client.
DISCLAIMER —
- If the CLIENT or an agent of the CLIENT other than PROJECTS attempts to update/tweak the website core software and plugins OR makes changes that result in the loss of site functionality, restoration and repairs will be billed at the current hourly rate, with a one hour minimum.
- Plugins that quit working and/or software changes by developers that create website issues and/or loss of functionality are not covered by this guarantee and will be billed to the client at our regular hourly rate.
PAYMENT — A non-refundable fee of $120 or $600 is due with your signed agreement for a term of twelve (12) months with automatic renewal. Annual renewal will be due with your hosting/domain renewals with a prorated rate.
NOTE — The Web Software Updates Agreements do NOT include updates to the site’s content.

— FULL DISCLOSURE REGARDING WEBSITE HACKING —
No matter how hard we strive to prevent hackers from attacking your account, occasionally a hacker will get through. In the event this happens, we are immediately notified and the site is shut down until it is corrected. We purchase the Advanced Security Service to clean up the site at a cost of $99.00 for 1 year of service. In addition, a charge of 1 hour to Projects by Peggy, Inc. will be added to coordinate with the hosting company to provide this service. This provides an efficient solution at less cost than attempting to do the fix ourselves, which would require many hours of work.
